ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and selling domestic and international products within a defined territory. 
Maintain existing business and secures contact with new sales leads and prospective accounts within a defined territory. 
Implement sales strategies, establish new accounts, and maintain and service existing accounts within a defined territory. Research and resolve customer problems and complaints. 
Obtain revenue goals in support of station sales and organizational objectives. 
Make presentations to prospective or existing accounts to propose rate structures and service options. 
Prepare and prioritizes sales planning and reporting results.
This is an intermediate level position. Solid interpersonal and analytical skills required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred. Generally prefer 1-4 years of related experience.

 
CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Assist customers with requests and requirements pertaining to pick-up and deliveries, tracing shipments, rate quotes, and special handling.
Follow up with customers to resolve invoice problems and discrepancies.
Communicate with customers, coworkers, and other departments to facilitate the movement of freight and associated paperwork that require special handling.
Accurately input into and retrieve information from the system.
Audit air bills for completeness and accuracy. 
Research and maintain filings of air bills Read, decode, and decipher freight coding in order to expedite freight movement and tracking process.
Provide POD information to customers.
